Pamper evenings – who doesn’t love them?! Chilling, Netflix, skincare…what’s not to love?! I thought I’d share with you some of the things that always makes my pamper night a success.
Quick, Warm Shower
I never make a pamper night the same night that I’m washing my hair. Wet hair, drying hair, styling hair? No thanks, I don’t want to be wasting precious chilling time standing in front of a mirror. Get in that shower, wash that body, maybe exfoliate…and get out! (Maybe have a bath but my house doesn’t have a bath, so if you’re like me then we’ve got to miss out on that luxury)
Before you get your comfy PJ’s on, spend a little time making that skin nice and smooth. I would highly recommend the Vaseline Intensive Care Cocoa Spray Moisturiser. Smells AMAZING, easy to apply, and makes those freshly shaved legs shiny and smooooth.
In my opinion, this is the most vital part to a pamper evening. There a tonnes of lovely face masks out there – if you’ve got a bit more to spend, have a look for the branded masks like Origins, L’Oreal etc. Or, if you don’t want to commit to a mask (I realise that can be daunting), try the little packet ones you can find in supermarkets & drugstores for around £1 (these ones). I’ve got loads of these, really easy to get a hold of and I usually get 2-3 uses out of one packet.
Films & Netflix
The entertainment to the pamper evening. Maybe think about what it is you want to watch beforehand so you’re not wasting precious time scrolling through Netflix. Some of my go-to films are Mean Girls, Knight and Day, The Ugly Truth – you know, just some typical rom-coms, a bit of action and some drama.
Some of my go-to Netflix shows are Suits, White Collar, Gossip Girl, The Good Wife – so not exactly relaxing shows, but they’re my favs and I can get sucked into a binge-watch very easily!
Ta-da – please enjoy your night of relaxation.
Hope you liked my little how-to: my perfect pamper evening.
